The QI Academy’s vision is to build capacity and capability across the organisation by providing tiered levels of training to progress QI knowledge, skills and practical application. The QI Academy utilises a 5-stage QI approach, which supports improvements teams to work through to deliver improvement that is sustained beyond the life of a QI project.

Courses are available for North London NHS Foundation Trust staff, service users and carers.
