Do you have an idea for an improvement or a problem you need to solve? Join our Quality Improvement (QI) Foundations Training to get the tools and guidance you need! Whether you are new to QI or looking to refresh your understanding, our QI Foundations Training is the perfect starting point.
The QI Foundations Training is led by our dedicated QI Team, each session is designed to introduce you to the essential tools, principles and mindset behind all improvement. Our facilitators bring experience, practical insight, and a passion for helping others lead change.
The following topics are covered:
- The Model for Improvement and PDSA testing
- Collaboration & co-production
- Understanding the problem
- Developing SMART aims & driver diagrams
- Measurement for Improvement
- Implementing & sustaining your ideas
This training will be conducted by Microsoft Teams and will be split into 2 sessions. To ensure you receive your completion certificate, you will need to book onto both Session 1 and Session 2:
